Hartselle Family Practice is a multi-provider office with one physician, Dr. Lindsay Smith, and two nurse practitioners, Juliana Clark and Katie Bonar. We provide a team-based approach to patient care. As providers, we work together to provide high-quality care focusing on each patient's unique needs. As a team, we provide care to all patients, regardless of your primary in-office provider. Using this team based approach allows us to provide prompt and exceptional care to meet our patient's needs. We offer same day sick visits in an effort to avoid unecessary ER or urgent care visits for our patients. We are currently accepting new patients and would love to have you join us!
Hartselle Family Practice also offers travel medicine consultations administering vaccinations, such as yellow fever, typhoid and Japanese Encephalitis and provide you with the tools needed to have a safe and successful trip. We offer individual and group consultations.
