Dr. Lindsay Smith is a board certified Family Medicine Physician. She received her medical degree from the University of South Alabama College of Medicine in 2008 and completed residency at the UAB Family Medicine program in Huntsville in 2011. Upon graduating from residency, she started practicing in Hartselle, providing primary care for all ages. She has greatly enjoyed working Hartselle, becoming rooted into the community through the care that she provides to all of her patients. She and her husband both grew up in Huntsville and have strong ties to North Alabama. She is a fitness enthusiast, who enjoys mountain biking, running, yoga and Pilates.

Juliana Clark is a board certified Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. She has been a nurse since 2006 and returned for her nurse practitioner education, graduating from the University of Alabama in Huntsville in 2013 and receiving her Doctorate of Nursing Practice in 2022. Juliana joined Hartselle Family Practice in 2014. She cares for patients ages 16 and older and is passionate about providing quality, compassionate and comprehensive health services to her patients. In addition to providing primary care services to patients, Juliana also offers travel services to the community. Travel services include specialty vaccinations, such as yellow fever, typhoid and Japanese Encephalitis, medications and tools needed for a safe and successful trip. Juliana is married to Andy and they have three children. She enjoys cooking, reading and spending time with her family.
