About our providers

S. Roxanne Beck, DO, FACOG

Dr. Beck joined Decatur Morgan Women's Healthcare in 2019.  She completed her undergraduate degree at Auburn University in Biomedical Sciences.  She received her medical training at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Suwanee, GA and then completed her residency at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine at Chattanooga.  Dr. Beck was Chief Resident of the Obstetrics and Gynecology program.  She volunteers her time with various non-profit organizations and participates in medical missions in both rural Alabama and abroad.

G. Vernon Pegram III, MD, FACOG

G. Vernon Pegram III, MD, has been practicing obstetrics and gynecology for more than 20 years. He has an undergraduate degree from The University of the South at Sewanee and a medical degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Medicine. He completed his residency at the Greenville Health System in Greenville S.C. Dr. Pegram was born on Hollomon Air Force Base where his father was stationed there to train the first monkey to travel into space. He and his wife, Lizzie have two boys and they enjoy sports and music.

Mishanta Reyes , DO, FACOG

Dr. Reyes has been practicing obstetrics and gynecology for eight years. She practiced in New Jersey, Connecticut and Georgia before coming to Alabama. She completed her undergraduate studies at Georgia Institute of Technology in mechanical engineering. She received her medical training at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey - School of Medicine. Dr. Reyes was a high school math teacher before attending medical school. She is a classically trained french hornist who enjoys traveling, collecting vinyl records and watching movies.

Mitchell W. Schuster, MD, FACOG, FACS

Dr. Schuster is a Urogynecologist who has served the Tennessee Valley for almost 30 years. He completed his undergraduate studies at Auburn University and medical school and residency at the University of Alabama’s School of Medicine.  He serves as adjunct staff for the Urogynecology and Reconstructive Surgery Division of the OBGYN Department at the University of Alabama’s School of Medicine where he also assists with fellow’s education in robotic reconstruction of pelvic floor disorders. He also serves in national leadership positions for the American Urogynecologic Society, The Society of Gynecologic Surgeons, and the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Schuster is one of only 5 gynecologic surgeons from the state of Alabama elected into the elite Society of Gynecologic Surgeons. He and his wife of 40 years enjoy family time with grandchildren and he is an avid musician who enjoys continued musical development in his free time. 

Allison Warren, MD, FACOG

Dr. Warren has been practicing obstetrics and gynecology for 10 years. She received her undergraduate degree from Birmingham-Southern College. She then went on to receive her medical degree from The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) and completed her residency in Charleston, West Virginia, at the Charleston Area Medical Center. Her hobbies include painting, sketching, and spending time with her family and dogs.

Angela McLemore, CRNP

Angela is a Decatur native and has been a nurse for ten years. She trained at Calhoun Community College and the University of Alabama at Huntsvile.  Her best advice to expecting and new moms is to be patient and kind with yourself and you will learn what you don't know. Angela is married with three sons, one daughter and two granddaughters. She enjoys traveling and spending time with family.

Ashley Froscello, CRNP

Ashley is a Decatur native with an extensive background in women's health. She received both undergraduate and master's degrees in nursing from University of Alabama in Huntsville. She was a labor & delivery RN for 11 years at Hunstville Hospital and opened the Labor & Delivery unit at Madison Hospital where she worked as a charge nurse. She has also worked as an obstetrical clinical instructor at UAH training student nurses. After graduating with her degree as a family nurse practitioner, she transitioned to the OBGYN office setting where she works with OBGYN patients throughout their lifespan. Ashley is married with a son and daughter, and enjoys concerts, travel, and art.

Jessica Kuykendall, CRNP

Jessica is a Huntsville native and a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner with nine years of experience. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Huntsville and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Jessica likes to cook and try new foods and recipes. She also enjoys spending time with her family and her three dogs. She has been married for 14 years and has two sons.

Tiffany Golub, CNM, CRNP

Tiffany is a Certified Nurse-Midwife and certified registered nurse practitioner. She has been a nurse for 16 years and received her bachelors from the University of Alabama and her masters from Georgetown University. A native of Huntsville, AL, Tiffany enjoys watching Alabama football, crocheting and spending time with her friends and family and her dogs, Ellie and Sunny. She is currently working towards a doctorate and has a passion for contraception and family planning counseling. She plans to use her doctorate to improve patient education and childbirth education programs.
